Refund policy

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

We want you to be happy! If you don't love your purchase, simply return it. Please note the following steps and guidelines prior to initiating a return.

  • In order to initiate a return, please send us an email to hello@lussodiluna.com regarding your return. Include images of the item(s) you are inquiring to return and the reasoning for your return. We need to approve the return prior to shipping the item(s) back to our location. Remember all shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Eligible items for return must be returned in their original packaging with ALL original tags attached - within 4-calendar days of receipt. Items should be postmarked before the 4-calendar day return window to qualify for a refund, minus a restocking fee (see below).

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up, and damage free - to name a few areas of concern.

  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping. DO NOT use the shoe box as the outside shipping container if you received one with your order. Otherwise, your item will not qualify for a full refund. You will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Items must be shipped back in their original packaging. Additionally, Items must be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage during shipping.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • If you are using a dropshipping company our responsibility ends when it is delivered to your shipping agent. Our return policy starts at the time of delivery with the shipping agent. We do not ship international at this current time, so please understand this is a risk that the buyer takes on.
  • All items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, whereas shoes are subject to a 25% restocking fee of original purchase price, this does not include any shipping or shipping protection fees. Shipping and shipping protection fees are nonrefundable.
  • For hygienic reasons, all swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned. We respect our customers and want to ensure safety and quality throughout all products. 

NOTE: We actively monitor account activity for unusual order, payment or returns behavior. We reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts in these circumstances.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

While we absolutely strive to ensure the highest of quality in our products, and inspect each item as best as we can, manufacturer defects do occasionally happen.

If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date so that we can work to make the situation right. You must send us an email - include invoice number, detail of item/defect and a photo of the defect/damage to hello@lussodiluna.com

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED ITEMS UPON DELIVERY

Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be processed as a return and the original form of payment will be refunded, less 20% restocking fee of original purchase price. This does not include any shipping or shipping protection fees. Shipping and shipping protection fees are nonrefundable. If the return shipping cost exceeds the order total, NO refund will be issued. We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. Please see our Shipping Policy HERE for more details.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final Sale items will be shown as final sale when they are put in your cart and will also show up as final sale on the receipt included with your order. Final Sale items will NOT be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

  • Intimates (i.e., self-adhesive bras, underwear, bras, or bralettes)
  • Hats, beanies, or scarves
  • Jewelry (i.e., necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc.)
  • Clothing or any other items that are marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards
EXCHANGES

We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).

REFUNDS & STORE CREDITS

Our policy lasts 4 calendar days from the delivery date of an item. If 4 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return/refund or exchange.

Return packages must be postmarked within 4 calendar days of the delivery date. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please be sure to plan for transit time. 

If the returned item(s) are unable to be resold in the returned condition, you'll be subject to a $10 shipping & handling fee for shipping item(s) back to you. 

Please notify us at hello@lussodiluna.com of the return, and what the tracking number is so we are aware a return is in process. If we are unaware of the item being returned, and it gets lost in transit we cannot issue a full refund. 

When shipping back please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our facility! If your item purchase was more than $100 you may want to consider insuring the item since we cannot guarantee the item's arrival to our facility. Please provide either the original shipping slip or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

The Shipper's Burden: If you paid for the return label at the post office or any other shipping carrier by tracking means, you are the shipper on record. We cannot issue a refund or store credit until the physical item is received and inspected. You will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

File a Missing Mail Search: If the package is stalled. lost or marked as delivered but we did not receive the item, the shipper must file a claim with the carrier, since the shipper is the owner of the label.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt after we have inspected and verified the returned items. Lusso Di Luna Boutique reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
