Shipping policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
We work to ship out orders within 1-3 business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons and weekends we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders.
Tracking and shipping confirmation for your order is emailed to you once your order is ready for shipment. Please note: According to the Uniform Commercial Code (§ 2-509), the risk of loss passes to the buyer when the goods are duly delivered to the carrier. Which means that the buyer assumes all risk once Lusso di Luna Boutique hands the package to the carrier.
If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
For orders $200 or more, or at our discretion, we require a signature upon delivery. The recipient must be present to sign for the package. Liability for the products passes to the customer upon securing this signature. If you wish to waive this requirement, Lusso Di Luna Boutique is not responsible for missing packages marked as delivered.
If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be processed as a return and the original form of payment will be refunded, less a 20% restocking fee of original purchase price. This does not include any shipping or shipping protection fees. Shipping and shipping protection fees are nonrefundable. If the return shipping cost exceeds the order total, NO refund will be issued. We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns.
We offer AfterShip shipping for insuring your packages. If your package if lost and was insured via AfterShip you will need to file a claim with AfterShip. Click HERE to find out more.
SHIPPING & TRACKING DISCLAIMER
Lusso Di Luna Boutique is NOT responsible for the following:

Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. In addition, the return windows start at the time of delivery. We DO NOT allow an extended window on returns since we cannot confirm the whereabouts of a package when the package shows delivered by the carrier.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
- We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
- If you use a dropshipping company our responsibility ends when it is delivered to your shipping agent. We are not responsible for any delivery issues outside of your delivery agent, especially since the package is going abroad.
WRONG ADDRESS OR REFUSED DISCLAIMER
If a package is refused upon delivery or deemed undeliverable due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address provided), the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs plus any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier. These costs will be deducted from any refund. If the return shipping cost exceeds the order total, NO refund will be issued.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are NOT responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times. If you need to modify your shipping address, please reach us at hello@lussodiluna.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our shipping options for shipping within the U.S. are as follows. Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays. Free standard shipping with estimated delivery within 6 business days.

Orders $100 or over that ship free will do so under the most economical shipping method, which can include but is not limited to services available through USPS or UPS. Please note we may require signature confirmation.

Paid Ground shipping with estimated delivery within 3-4 business days.

Paid USPS Priority shipping with estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.

Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
Delivery dates for ‘Free’ and ‘Ground’ shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our facility.
If your Priority order is placed after 12PM EST, then it is set to ship out in one to two business days. Please contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Currently we DO NOT process or ship internationally. Only within the United States.
